ZERO

The philosophy behind my cooking is always the harmony between human and nature, and Tales was built based on the belief that we are not the center of our planet. And to do achieve the harmony that we believe in, I learnt that we need to protect both the source function and the sink function of our planet. Hence, we invested in our biodiverse organic farm, and most importantly, developed a new way of operating a restaurant that waste nothing. Therefore, the first menu is called Zero for its cause is wasting none.

Tasting Menu 1,650 per person

  • with Alcohol Pairing 1150 per person
  • with Non-alcohol Pairing 750 per person

BOOKING POLICY

Reservation Reallocation
We will hold your table for a maximum of 15 minutes after your reservation time, at which point we will release the table to other diners in the event of no show or late arrival.

Reservation Deposit

  • A deposit of VND 300,000 is required per guest for each booking.
  • The deposit will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 72 hours prior to your reservation, either by email or phone.
  • For cancellations made between 72 and 24 hours before the booking time, 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the reservation are non-refundable.

Booking Instruction
To maintain a tranquil and pleasant dining experience for all of our guests, we graciously request that reservations be made for patrons aged 12 and above. We appreciate your understanding.
