A new chapter at Tales by Chapter begins at our farm in Da Lat, where fall–winter vegetables are at their peak. Harvested at the perfect moment and brought to the kitchen, they preserve the essence of the season in every dish.
From this season onward, our menu will no longer be fixed. Each creation comes from the chef’s dedication to research, experimentation, and refinement — guided by a zero-waste philosophy that makes use of every part of the ingredient, from root to leaf, transforming what might be discarded into unexpected flavours. Every visit brings a new taste, a new story, always a surprise.

BOOKING POLICY
Reservation Reallocation We will hold your table for a maximum of 15 minutes after your reservation time, at which point we will release the table to other diners in the event of no show or late arrival.
Reservation Deposit
A deposit of VND 300,000 is required per guest for each booking.
The deposit will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 72 hours prior to your reservation, either by email or phone.
For cancellations made between 72 and 24 hours before the booking time, 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the reservation are non-refundable.
