Zero waste is ensuring that no waste goes to landfills, minimizing environmental impact. This starts with sorting waste and sending it to facilities for proper processing and recycling.
Plant-based is all dishes are entirely free from animal-derived ingredients, including dairy, eggs, and honey.
Dining is a fine dining experience. At Tales, we serve seasonal plant-based tasting menus, offering unique stories and experiences for each season with ingredients changing based on farm availability.

Our Plant-Based Menu is 100% focused on plant ingredients, with no animal products included. This menu is designed for those who follow a fully plant-based lifestyle, offering nourishing, fresh, and wholesome dishes made from vegetables, grains, legumes, nuts, seeds, and other plant-based ingredients. Every dish is crafted to celebrate the abundance and diversity of plants, with an emphasis on sustainability and health.

While vegan and fully plant-based are often used interchangeably, they have distinct differences in focus and approach:

Vegan Lifestyle:

Vegans avoid all animal products not only in their diet but also in other aspects of life, such as clothing, cosmetics, and household items. This means no meat, dairy, eggs, honey, or any animal-derived ingredients. However, vegan food can still include processed items like vegan junk food, refined sugar, or packaged snacks, as long as they contain no animal products.
Veganism is a lifestyle choice driven by ethics, environmental concerns, or animal welfare.

Fully Plant-Based Diet:
A fully plant-based diet focuses on whole, minimally processed foods from plants—such as fruits, vegetables, whole grains, legumes, nuts, and seeds. While plant-based eaters also avoid animal products, the main goal is health, sustainability, and consuming fresh, natural foods. A plant-based eater may not necessarily follow vegan principles in other areas of life.

Fully plant-based is a dietary choice primarily focused on health and nutrition, with an emphasis on whole, plant-based foods.

We offer both menu pairing and an à la carte drink menu. Each beverage in the pairing menu is thoughtfully crafted to complement each dish in the set menu, enhancing the overall dining experience.
Non-alcoholic pairing are plant-based and crafted with a zero-waste approach. For alcoholic pairing, we prioritize organic, biodynamic, sustainable, natural, and vegan wines that align with our values.
